Color Me Monday- The Blues

I took a mini vacation to NM, but now it is time to get back down to business (meaning- get caught up on everything I am behind on!) First on the list is updating my blog.


This card was done for Jeanette Lyntons Color Me Monday Challange a few weeks ago. Colors used are Moonstruck, Heavenly Blue, Outdoor Denim, Desert sand, and White Daisy. The stamp set is Treasure Life (Sept 2008 SOTM). I heat embossed the flowers with clear embossing powder, and love how it turned out!

Color Me Monday Card

I'm running a week behind on Jeanette Lynton's Color Me Monday Challenge. But it's not when you do it, as long as you do it, right?

Last weeks color color combo was Cranberry, Creme Brulee, Sorbet and Desert Sand. The card design is from Wishes- Designer Tag, and the stamp set used is Delight in Everything. I also used creme brulee and sorbet brads and ribbon. The scalloped edge is Dimensional Elements Borders, that I sponged with Sorbet ink. The patterned paper is from the Key to my Heart paper pack special. Love that paper!
